End-of-Year Executive Director (Rick) Evaluation

This evaluation only pertains to Rick's role as the Area Director. Please base your feedback on your interactions with Rick as it pertains to recruiting, training and managing Mentors, Coaches and Youth. Rick's other roles as Executive Director (fundraising, newsletters, program development, operations, community development, managing/developing the board... etc.) are not included in this evaluation.     The Employee Matrix was developed so MUST employees would grow into a GREAT employees over the four years they are with us. When they land in their career we would like them to hit the ground running and get raises and promotions. Rick would like to model this behavior for the Mentors and Area Directors so he would like to be held accountable to the same standard.
